A Note From Me

Note from Fractional CMO and Front & Center Founder Mary Beth Henderson

I’ve spent the last few months clearing things up.

What I do. Who I do it for. And the kind of support that actually helps people build things they love — on their time and on their terms.

The result isn’t a rebrand or a big reveal. I think of it more like a recalibration.

Front & Center has always been about bringing the how to meet the why. That hasn’t changed. What has changed is my willingness to say this work is high-touch, intentional, and not for everyone.

And that’s a good thing.

Lately, my focus has centered on supporting people through transition — new phases of growth, leadership shifts, or moments of visibility — when you want another adult riding shotgun in the bus you’re driving.

The pieces I’m sharing this quarter reflect that shift. They’re less about marketing tactics and trends, and more about business leadership, direction, and decision-making when the stakes are high.

If you’re building something, navigating change, or simply wanting your work to make more sense, you’re in the right place.

No stress. No pressure. Just an open door.

Onward,

Mary Beth
